21st century homeopathy
We concentrate on results, not ideology.
Progressive 21st century homeopathy demands flexibility in analytical and prescribing methods, dedicated practitioners, thoroughness and considerable time and energy on the practitioner's part.
phoenix's flexible methods
At Phoenix Homeopathy, we select whatever tools we think best fit the job of helping you - the individual patient who has sought our help. At times, we may use a sophisticated combination of homeopathic methods, including:
- organ support: generally low-dose courses of remedies, or herbal tinctures aimed at boosting or supporting your organs: skin, adrenals, heart, liver or kidneys, and thereby improving their functioning
- aetiological prescribing: treating an event, trauma, illness or intervention which resulted in a worsening of your health or happiness, ie an event which you have never been well since
- Kentian, constitutional or totality prescribing: where the aim is to take your case, symptoms and characteristics as a whole, and prescribe the most similar remedy to that whole picture of you - this is what is frequently meant by the term classical homeopathy
- therapeutic or symptomatic prescribing: especially for the relief of your pain or acute states, although this type of prescribing often eases, rather than cures, symptoms, so we follow therapeutic treatment up with deeper prescriptions, once you feel comfortable enough
- miasmatic prescribing: to treat inherited family tendencies to certain types of problems that may run in your family
- layers prescribing: each chunk of your life is treated bit by bit, with the aim of restoring you to wellness
- sequential prescribing: related remedies of differing depths are given in sequence to maximise results
- chakra work: remedies given to free energy blockages and strengthen each chakra (or energy centre)
- combination and Narayani remedies: sophisticated blends of remedies designed to 'sing together as one voice'
- LM potencies: liquid remedies, used for long-term treatment
- vibrational essences: to ‘open the door’ to allow remedies to work (we can choose from Bach, Australian Bush flower, Healing Herbs, Indigo, Alaskan and Pacific essences).
This means that you may receive only one, or a very few, pills; but at other times, you may be asked to follow a more complex schedule of treatment.
stop smoking programme
21st-century homeopathy can also be helpful where a belt and braces approach is needed, so we use it, for example, in our individually-tailored 8-step stop smoking programme.
