confidentiality
To ensure excellence in patients’ treatment, and for teaching purposes, cases may be discussed with other homeopaths (and trainee or student homeopaths) on a respectful and anonymous basis (any identifying details are changed, and names are not used).
Except in an exceptional situation (for example, where the law obliges it) the details of cases are not discussed, other than as above.
statement of green intent
At Phoenix, we aim to work in way that is mindful of the planet’s ecology as well as the the life it supports. We are currently making changes to minimise waste of precious resources and are working towards reducing our carbon footprint.
Thanks to the diluted micro-doses of active substances used in homeopathy, and the fact that many of the remedies we use are hand-made, homeopathy at Phoenix is ideal for people who seek to conserve the planet’s resources. In addition, most homeopathic remedies can be supplied in vegan form, and are tested on healthy human volunteers not on animals
