Qualifications and memberships
- Licentiate of the South East College of Homeopathy (external link) (LSECH) – three-year professional training course
- Member of the South East College of Homeopathy (MSECH) – one-year postgraduate continuation of the above course
- Registered Member of the UK’s Society of Homeopaths (external link) (RSHom) – registered members of the Society of Homeopaths have satisfied The Society’s educational and professional requirements and:
- practise in accordance with The Society’s Code of Ethics and Practice and Core Criteria for Homeopathic Practice and National Occupational Standards for Homeopathy
- have full professional and indemnity insurance
- are responsible for continuing their personal and professional development
- Registered Members are issued with a certificate of registration and may use the initials RSHom denoting that they are ‘Registered with The Society of Homeopaths’.

Awards
In 2006 Phoenix was awarded Highly Commended for Outstanding Practice at the UK Complementary & Alternative Medicine Practitioner Awards 2006; and in 2007 Sarah Whittaker was the Winner of the Outstanding Contribution to the Community at the UK Complementary & Alternative Medicine Practitioner Awards 2007, sponsored by the Nutricentre.
