Pace of Change - an HRT-free programme for menopausal women
Pace of Change is an exciting new HRT-free programme that helps menopausal women overcome negative symptoms and get their lives back on track through a unique combination of exercise (including yoga), nutrition, journaling and being good to themselves. Starts with a fun seven-day break in Spain where you get a menopause assessment, a personal plan, nutritious food, and the chance to share your experiences and learn how to cope with your symptoms. Follow-up support is offered for six months.
